Israel carries out strikes on Syria
Today, the Israeli army announced that it carried out strikes in Syria , as information indicated that the Israeli strikes targeted Qars Al-Nafal Hill Company and the surroundings of the town of Hadar in the Quneitra countryside.
The Israeli army said in a brief message at dawn today, “After sirens sounded a short while ago in northern Israel, two missiles from Syria fell in barren land. The army is currently striking the sources of fire.”
The Israeli army confirmed to Agence France-Presse that the two projectiles that were fired were missiles, while it did not specify the exact location where they landed.
In the same context, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that a group called the “Syrian Resistance for the Liberation of the Golan,” working with the Lebanese Hezbollah, fired two missiles from Syrian territory towards the occupied Golan coinciding with a major alert by Damascus forces located adjacent to the occupied Golan in the countryside of Daraa and Quneitra.
Israel targeted Qars al-Nafal hill and the vicinity of the town of Hadar in the Quneitra countryside, no information about deaths or injuries.
