The Iraqi Judicial Council issued a decision to dissolve political parties and organizations representing the will of the Kurdish people and the Yazidi community in Iraq.

Roj News reported, that the Iraqi Judicial Council issued a decision yesterday to dissolve the Kurdistan Community Freedom Party, the Yazidi Freedom and Democracy Party, and the Democratic Struggle Front.

The Kurdistan Community Freedom Party was established in the city of Sulaymaniyah on October 17, 2014, and is based on democratic foundations and model, fighting for gender equality, women's freedom and environmental protection.

The Yazidi Freedom and Democracy Party was founded in April 2017 and aims to organize the Yazidi community and qualify it to manage itself.

As for the Democratic Struggle Front, its establishment was announced on the 31st of March 2021 through a founding conference.
