HPG: Turkish occupation bombs mediya defense areas more than 1,024 times

The People's Defense Forces Media Center revealed the toll of the Turkish occupation's attacks on the Media Defense Areas.

The People's Defense Forces (HPG) Press Center's statement, translated by the Furat News Agency, reads as follows:

Turkish occupation army airstrikes:

On March 22 and 23, warplanes bombed the Kon Hill, Miran, Karkaş, Kani Sarık, and Zenkal squares in the Kari region six times, the resistance square in Beşil in the Metina region once, and the resistance square on Judi Hill in the Şahid Dilil area west of Zap five times. This brings the total number of airstrikes by warplanes to 12.

On March 22 and 23, attack helicopters bombed the resistance square on Bahar Hill in the Şahid Dilil area west of Zap nine times.

Turkish occupation army attacks with heavy weapons, artillery, and missiles:

On March 22 and 23, the Turkish occupation army bombed the resistance squares in Şahid Şerif, Brizin, Lolan, Kandakula, and Sinin in the Xakurk region 64 times, and the resistance squares on Rashid Hill, Zenkal Hill, Zivik, Yekmal, Mece, Diraş, Karkaş, Kon Hill, and Miran Hill in the Gari region were hit 180 times; the resistance areas in Bişili and Seri Metina in the Metina region were hit 447 times; and the resistance areas on Amede Hill and Bahar Hill in the Şahid Dilil area, west of Zap, were hit 333 times. This brings the total number of attacks by the Turkish occupation army with heavy weapons, artillery, and shells to 1,024.

Our forces' intervention and interception of attacks:

On March 22, at 3:10 PM, our forces destroyed a searchlight positioned opposite our war tunnels in the resistance area on Amediya Hill with individual weapons.
