Health Body: 5 martyred, 40 wounded over Turkish bombardment on Tishrin Dam

 In a statement delivered atop the Tishrin Dam, the Health Body demanded an immediate cessation of the Turkish occupation's attacks on the dam and its systematic targeting of ambulances. The statement, read by Co-Chair Aziza Ibrahim, detailed the tragic aftermath of the shelling over the past two days.

The statement declared:

"The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries' targeting of the Tishrin Dam, alongside the citizens who gathered to protect it, and the repeated attacks on ambulances, have resulted in the martyrdom of five civilians and the injury of approximately 40 others. Some of the injured are in critical condition, but we are unable to transport them to hospitals due to the occupation's ongoing targeting and destruction of ambulance vehicles."

 The statement emphasized: "The Turkish occupation's and its mercenaries' attacks on the Tishrin Dam and ambulances constitute blatant violations of all international laws and conventions. Therefore, we call upon international powers and human rights organizations to take decisive action in confronting these crimes and holding the perpetrators accountable."
