The international conspiracy began on October 9, 1998, when Leader Abdullah Ocalan left Syria. In response to the conspiracy, Leader Abdullah Ocalan had decided 28 years ago to resolve the Kurdish issue through politics and dialogue. On the seventh anniversary of its occupation, the city of Serkaniya is revisiting the issue of violations, displacement and return, as hundreds of families begin returning to the area. In the city of Hasakah, various segments of society continue to demand the preparation of a comprehensive curriculum in the Kurdish language, stressing that Presidential Decree No. 13 does not meet the Kurds’ demands to receive education in their mother tongue. (Photos and video attached.)

Residents of al-Dardara village in the Tel Tamr countryside have returned from Washokani Camp to their village, but their return has not ended their suffering. The head of the Arab Tay tribal council warned against exploiting demonstrations to fuel tensions between Arabs and Kurds, calling for calm and increased communication among the region’s communities.
