Gulistan Tara and Hero Bahaddin: Their memories have been captured at times in photographs and at other times in moments from their lives, becoming forever impossible to forget. The world came to know them through those images, through their smiles, gazes and devotion. Ultimately, however, their names were etched into the record of eternity. They became voices of the Kurdish people and of the cause of women’s freedom, giving their lives for this cause and becoming pioneers in the memories of their friends.

Complaints over the new currency: Citizens complain about difficulties in dealing with the new currency and its insufficient availability, amid rising prices of basic commodities and fuel. New sewage network in Çil Axa: The Water Department in the city has responded to residents’ demands in Shabak village and begun implementing a project to establish a 400-meter sewage network in the northern part of the village. Psychological and social impact on children from Sere Kaniye: Children from Sere Kaniye face accumulated psychological and social effects after years of displacement and living in camps, with many growing up away from their city and original environment. Displaced residents say continued displacement and the difficult living conditions accompanying it have increased their suffering.
