- The displaced people from Serê Kaniyê confirmed that ensuring their safety and protection is the fundamental condition for returning to their homes. They stressed their rejection of being subjected to any attack or violation and called on the relevant authorities to provide protection and guarantee the security of returnees before organizing any new convoys. - The fate of 151 technicians working at the Directorate of the Central Region Oil Fields, affiliated with the Syrian Petroleum Company, remains surrounded by uncertainty, amid information about administrative measures taken against them without clear written decisions. Calls are increasing for clarification of their legal and employment status and for ensuring their rights.

- Residents of Kobani and its countryside are suffering from weak and repeated interruptions to the Syriatel network, while coverage is absent in a number of villages. This disrupts Sham Cash transactions and forces residents to travel long distances to reach the city, amid difficulties in communicating with ambulances and medical centres. There are calls to activate the inactive towers and increase coverage.

- The Rojava Film Festival Committee is receiving film submissions for the sixth edition of the Rojava International Film Festival. So far, 110 films have submitted applications to participate, while the submission process is still ongoing. (Photos and video attached.)

- Poultry farmers in the Jazira are suffering from declining support and the absence of a clear mechanism to regulate production. This has led to the closure of a number of poultry farms and caused their owners significant losses, which have directly affected the prices of broiler meat in the markets. They are calling for a mechanism to regulate the entry of chicks and distribute them throughout the year, in addition to securing fuel and the necessary support to ensure the continuation of production. - Water is not reaching a number of neighbourhoods in Hasakah, despite water being pumped from Alouk Station, due to encroachments and damage to sections of the network.
