From Kobani, message from politicians, activists: We will rewrite history with the resistance of our forces

Politicians and activists from the city of Kobani, affiliated with the Euphrates Canton in the North and East of Syria, spoke to ANHA's agency about the attacks that are being carried out in North and East Syria.

Hassan Mamo, a member of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) Council in the city of Kobani, condemned the attacks on North and East Syria and said: "The goal of the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries is to break our will, but the steadfastness and historic resistance of our fighters against the attacks of the Turkish occupation continues."

"Here are our fighters showing unparalleled resistance"

Mamo explained that the fighters are writing an uncompromising resistance and will not allow the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries to implement their plans. He continued, saying: "The fighters in all areas are putting up a great resistance, and their struggle against the occupation cannot be defeated.

 The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries must immediately stop launching attacks, because our fighters will not allow the occupation to implement its plans."

210 mercenaries killed and 20 drones destroyed

For her part, a member of the Kongra Star in the city of Kobani, Wahida Suleiman, stated that the Syrian Democratic Forces are writing historical epics, and said: "Our forces confronted the attacks of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries and showed unparalleled resistance, and with this spirit of resistance they were able to eliminate 210 mercenaries affiliated with the Turkish occupation state, and damage and destroy many tanks, vehicles and motorcycles, in addition to destroying about 20 drones."

Wahida stressed that no matter how much the Turkish occupation state and its mercenaries try to undermine the will of the fighters, they will not achieve their goals and will fail every time they try to confront our forces. "We will rewrite history with the resistance of our fighters"

Mustafa al-Damir, a member of the PYD's organizational office in the Euphrates canton, pointed out that the seeds of resistance have always been planted in their hearts, and continued his speech in this way: "Our resistance will always grow stronger, and we will confront all attempts to undermine the security of our region and defeat them. They cannot confront our forces, the forces of existence and dignity. We will rewrite history again with the resistance and struggle of our forces."
