The Israeli Defense Minister, Israel Katz, approved the entry of 600 Syrian Druze clerics to Israel tomorrow, to visit the shrine of the Prophet Shuaib.

According to the Israeli "Walla" website, this will be the first time that the Syrian Druze visitors have been allowed to spend their night in Israel, to return to Syria the next day.

And "Walla" expected that the Israeli army would strengthen its readiness in the northern region during the visit, and to supervise the crossing of the clergy across the border.

Last March, Katz agreed to a similar visit to 60 clerics, who met the spiritual leader of the Druze community in Israel, Sheikh Mowaffaq Tarif, and they visited the holy site for the Druze community.
