The number of victims from the explosion that targeted a café near the Palace of Justice in the Al-Hamidiyah area of Damascus has risen to 7 dead and 22 injured.

According to our correspondent, the explosion was caused by an improvised explosive device (IED) that had been planted at the location in advance.
