DAA, SDF explain for French Foreign Minister, Nechirvan Barzani situation in Syria
The Democratic Autonomous Administration and SDF received the French Foreign Minister and Nechiran Barzani to discuss the Syrian political situation, highlighting the involvement of the Kurds and all Syrian components in the political process of the country, reaching political, security and economic stability, and rebuilding the country.

The co-chair of the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria region's Department of Foreign Relations, Ilham Ahmed, and the Syrian Democratic Forces Commander -in -Chief, Mazloum Abdi, received both French Foreign Minister Jean Nawil Baro, and the President of the South Kurdistan Federal Region, Nechirvan Barzani, in Hewler city.
Through the session with the French minister, according to the statement of SDF, Jean-Nawil Baro congratulated the Syrian Democratic Forces' move against terrorism, and highlighted calling for providing all forms of aid to these forces to continue facing the mercenaries of the Syrian components inside the political process of running the country for the sake of securing political, security and economic stability, and starting the project of rebuilding the country.
In the meeting with Nechirvan Barzani, the two sides stressed the importance of the unity of the Kurdish class, and talked about the Syrian political situation and positioned the Kurds within it. Methods to combat the ISIS threats and terrorism have also been discussed. Nechirvan Barzani expressed his strongest support for the efforts to hold the Kurdish National Conference, which would work towards achieving the aspirations of the Kurds of Rojava and Syria.
Both sides also discussed the future of Syria and how the Syrian Democratic Forces are in relation to Damascus' authority, especially after the signing of an agreement between the Commander -in -Chief of the Syrian Democratic Forces and Ahmed al –Shara'a in March.
It emphasized the Kurds and all Syria's components' involvement in the political process and the enforcement of their constitutional rights. It has also been argued about how the economic status of the North and East regions of Syria can be enhanced.
