DAA documents Turkish violations, files cases in international courts

 Gulistan Ali, Deputy Co-Chair of the Department of Foreign Relations in the Autonomous  Administration for NE Syria, affirmed that the Turkish occupying state is committing war crimes agains the peoples of the region.

 In an exclusive statement to ANHA agency regarding the ongoing attacks by the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries, Gulistan Ali said: "We are diligently documenting all violations committed by the Turkish occupation to submit them to relevant United Nations institutions."

 She confirmed that documents incriminating the Turkish state for committing massacres against civilians near the Tishreen Dam in recent days have already been submitted.

 Ali made the point clear that the reports prepared on these violations encompass attacks targeting civilians, particularly children, as well as journalists and healthcare workers. Additionally, the reports document assaults on critical infrastructure in the region.

 Ali noted that there has been direct communication with representatives from European nations, the United States, and several Middle Eastern countries. Several reports detailing Turkish crimes and violations have been delivered to these representatives.

 Furthermore, Ali emphasized that reports have also been disseminated through various media outlets and submitted to human rights institutions, alongside initiating legal actions in international courts.

 She mentioned meetings held with representatives of international organizations and United Nations-affiliated entities present in NE Syria. However, Ali lamented: "The responses have largely been limited to issuing statements, with no substantial action taken by these international institutions to halt Turkish aggression."

 The Deputy Co-Chair strongly condemned the international community’s disregard for the systematic attacks and violations perpetrated by the Turkish occupying state against cities and areas in NE Syria.

She urged these powers to take immediate and effective measures to support the region's people.
