Crimes of Turkish occupation in NE Syria violate Islamic values

 During meetings with ANHA agency, the imams and preachers of the mosques of the Raqqa canton considered the Turkish attacks violation to Islamic rules.

The attacks targeted the infrastructure, citizens and their properties, the latest of which during the past week led to the martyrdom of 17 citizens, including a girl, and the injury of 65 others.

Imams and preachers of mosques in Raqqa confirmed that these attacks are malicious crimes committed by a state claiming Islam.

 The Imam of the Abu Hurairah Mosque,  Sheikh Ali Al-Saleh, began his talk to ANHA agency with a hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH): "Whoever does not care about the affairs of Muslims is not one of them", referring to the Turkish occupation state that violates the true religious teachings and legislation.

 He cited the Almighty's saying: "O mankind, indeed We have created you from male and female and made you peoples and tribes that you may know one another. Indeed, the most noble of you in the sight of Allah is the most righteous of you. Indeed, Allah is Knowing and Acquainted, (Surah Al-Hujuraa).

 " When Turkey bombs, it does not differentiate between people or stones, and all of this is contrary to Islamic law and religion, so the Turkish state must stop its barbaric attacks on our regions," Sheikh Ali Al-Saleh added.

 Sheikh Ali Al-Saleh stressed, " We wish peace for all people without differentiating between one country and another, as this is our religion that prohibits bloodshed, and for this reason we are against the shedding of blood".

 "Today, we see that the Turkish colonizer does not spare anyone, young or old, with its systematic attacks on our regions, sometimes with drones and bombing safe areas, and sometimes by closing crossings and cutting off water to the people of this region," Member of the Religious Affairs Body, Sheikh Yahya Abu Al-Baraa said.

 He continued: "If we look at this issue from a religious perspective, we see that religions, including Islam, have forbidden killing," and cited the Almighty's saying: "Whoever kills a soul unjustly - it is as if he had killed all of mankind."

 He concluded by saying  "Turkey is a 'terrorist' state, as it kills and destroys everything, its goal is to strike the people of NE Syria, it bombed places of worship as happened in the village of Tirbespiye,it killed the innocence of childhood in Manbij."
