Central Command of NPG congratulates commanders and fighters for carrying out qualitative operations

The Central Command of the People Defense Center sent a telegram of congratulations to all commanders and fighters in the resistance squares in the Bihar hill and Serkal in the Mediya defense areas in S. Kurdistan, where 2 "Scorsky" helicopters were shot down, in addition to the destruction of a military unit of the Turkish occupation.

The text of the telegram, published by the Euphrates News Agency, included the following:

Since 3 June, the Turkish occupation state has been launching new occupation attacks on the resistance squares in the Bihar hill and Serkal, and during the past month, the Gerîla forces responded significantly to the air and ground attacks launched by the occupation army and carried out strong and effective operations, the Gerîla forces shot down in 10 and 16 July two "Skorsky" helicopters belonging to the Turkish occupation army with innovative tactics, in addition to destroying armored vehicles and targeting and hitting reinforcements and military vehicles coming to enemy soldiers, and these operations, which carried out the style and tactics of professional units warfare in modern times, also dealt heavy blows to the fascist Turkish army.

On the night of August 6, the KFF carried out effective operations by first controlling a unit of the occupation army in the resistance square in Bahar hill, then ambushing it in the square with the coordinated Gerîla teams and dealing a strong blow to it, killing 14 Turkish soldiers, including the unit commander, and seriously wounding 5 others, thus eliminating the occupation unit, while this successful operation once again showed the effectiveness of Gerîla tactics in the modern era, and this successful operation was carried out to commemorate the fortieth anniversary of the glorious 15-August leap under the leadership of our great leader, so this operation became more meaningful.

Therefore, we congratulate all the professional teams and units that made an effort to carry out effective operations during the past month, and the downing of 2 helicopters of the Turkish occupation army, and we believe that in these days that we are going through on the anniversary of the Revival Day on August 15, greater victories will be achieved in the spirit of Egid commando and the method of achieving victory. On this basis we salute all comrades with the sincerest revolutionary feelings."
