The body of a woman was found in an old house nearly a day after she went missing in the city of Bosra al-Sham in eastern Daraa countryside.

The body of a woman in her thirties was found inside an old house in the city of Bosra al-Sham in eastern Daraa countryside, less than 24 hours after she went missing.

According to local pages, the victim, identified as Rawan Abu Sabaa, was in her thirties. She was originally from Damascus and resided in Bosra al-Sham. The reasons and motives behind the crime remain unknown.

Sources reported that two individuals were detained in connection with the incident for investigation.

It is noteworthy that the victim’s husband, Ihab Atef al-Muqbil, from Bosra al-Sham, was found dead in April 2023 between the towns of al-Jiza and Ghasm in eastern Daraa.

Since the beginning of 2025, around 344 criminal and unidentified murder cases have been recorded across various parts of Syria, resulting in 392 deaths, including 29 children and 62 women.
