Bodies of 2 young men found in Homs, child's body discovered in Daraa countryside

ANHA correspondent in Homs reported that the bodies of two young men, Akram Mahmoud Kafa and his cousin Ahmed Kafa, were found on Monday morning in Tal Al-Nasr Cemetery in the city of Homs, more than a year after they disappeared.

According to the available information, the two men were abducted from outside their home in March 2025. Preliminary reports indicate that the bodies bore signs of violence and mutilation.

In a separate incident, ANHA correspondent in Daraa reported that the body of Farah Ammar Al-Hamoud, a young girl who had been missing for two days, was found on Monday morning inside a hay storage shed in the town of Ghabaghib in the northern countryside of Daraa.

According to preliminary information, the body was discovered after a local resident noticed an odor coming from the area around the storage shed. The cause of death and the circumstances surrounding the incident remain unknown.

Over the past two days, the town of Ghabaghib witnessed extensive search efforts involving local residents and community teams before the girl's body was found on Monday morning.
