Attacks on Deir Hafer, villages north of Maskanah with intensified UAV flights

Mercenaries of the Syrian Interim Government targeted the outskirts of Rasem al-Imam village in Deir Hafer city using drones, while also shelling the villages of al-Kiyariyah and Rasem al-Kroum with medium-caliber weapons. Northern villages of Maskanah were also hit, amid continued drone activity over the area.

At 3:00 a.m., mercenaries of the Syrian Interim Government and Turkish occupation forces shelled Deir Hafer city with medium-caliber weapons (Dushka 23). At 5:00 a.m., the outskirts of Rasem al-Imam were targeted by drones, while al-Kiyariyah and Rasem al-Kroum villages were simultaneously subjected to random shelling with medium-caliber weapons (Dushka 23).

At 5:30 a.m., al-Hamed village north of Maskanah was shelled with medium-caliber weapons, causing fear and panic among civilians.

Deir Hafer city also came under random shelling by Syrian Interim Government mercenaries at 12:30 p.m., with over 20 artillery shells fired, coinciding with an attack by a suicide drone in an attempt to spread fear among residents and force them into displacement.

This comes amid ongoing UAV flights over Maskanah, Deir Hafer, and surrounding villages, heightening tension and anxiety among the civilian population.
