Arab tribes in Hasaka receive leader Ocalan’s message on peace

The Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, in coordination with the Hasaka Elders Council, the Democratic Union Party (PYD), and the Democratic Islam Conference, organized a series of visits to deliver leader Ocalan’s message to the notables and elders of Arab tribes in Hasaka.

The visits were conducted by two delegations. The first delegation visited the al-Juhaysh, al-Bu Khattab, al-Bu Hamdan, and al-Bu Saleh tribes, while the second delegation met elders from the al-Jabbur and al-Bakara tribes, and the al-Sadah al-Na’eem al-Samid’ah tribe.

During the meetings, the tribal sheikhs and elders emphasized that the message contains a sincere call for peace and expresses a vision based on coexistence and the promotion of fraternity among all communities.

They also expressed full support for the SDF, describing it as the national force guaranteeing the security and stability of northern and eastern Syria, and praised its significant role in protecting the region and combating terrorism.

The delegations stressed the importance of disseminating the message to all Arab tribes, highlighting the tribes’ role in maintaining security and peace in the region.

In his message, leader Abdullah Ocalan emphasized that the unity of Arabs and Kurds, based on the Democratic Nation framework, represents a new historical foundation for relations between the two peoples. This unity paves the way for building a democratic society founded on equality and justice.
