The issue of the return of IDPs remains one of the most prominent unresolved issues under the 29 January agreement. Following the return of displaced people from Afrin and the halt in the return of those from Serekaniye, Al-Shahba, Raqqa, and Tel Abyad are still awaiting solutions to the obstacles preventing a safe and voluntary return, particularly as a new phase begins following the announcement of the completion of military, security, and administrative integration. 

Around 30 industrial facilities in the Hama countryside are at risk of shutting down, amid ongoing debate over the proposed mechanism for providing these facilities with electrical power.

Returning to the classroom was more than a delayed step for Nisreen Ahmed Mousa; it was the revival of an old dream that had stayed with her since childhood. After years of work and family responsibilities, her daughter's encouragement gave her the motivation to turn the page and begin a new chapter in her education. (Photos and video attached.)

Displaced people from Serekaniye residing in the city of Hasakah are organizing two protest rallies to demand that their return to their cities and villages be expedited. The first will be held at Washokani Camp at 10:00 a.m., and the second at Serekaniye Camp at 11:00 a.m. (Photos and video attached.)
