Ain Issa and Kobani under Turkish shelling

The Turkish occupation has expanded its shelling on NE Syria targeting the villages of Al-Abd Al-Jumaa in the eastern countryside of Ain Issa and Bir Hasu south of Kobani, while the intensity of shelling in the Tal Abyad countryside has increased.

At this moment, the village of Al-Abd Al-Jumaa, located in the eastern countryside of Ain Issa, is under artillery and heavy weapons fire from the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.

Similarly, the occupation forces and their mercenaries are bombarding the village of Bir Hasu, south of Kobani, as part of an expanded ground shelling campaign that earlier today targeted the countryside of Tal Abyad, the city of Sirrin, and the vicinity of Tishrin Dam.

This escalation comes amid growing tensions in the region, raising concerns about worsening humanitarian and security conditions.

The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries continue their attacks on the North and East Syria region by air and land, focusing on the countryside of Kobani and the vicinity of Tishrin Dam. Meanwhile, the region’s residents have been staging protests since January 8 to protect the dam from these attacks.
