Administrators of Al-Hol reject the policy of torture, genocide against leader

On November 21, the Turkish occupation authorities issued a new decision to ban lawyers from meeting with leader Abdullah Ocalan for another 6 months.

 In the same context, administrators in Al-Hol city expressed their position on the policy of torture and genocide against the leader Ocalan for 25 years.

 The Co-chair of the office of the Democratic Union Party in Al-Hol, Ammar Musa, denounced the regime of torture and genocide against the leader. He explained that the leader, by proposing projects to resolve the Kurdish issue and the issues of the Middle East, constituted an obstacle to the plans of the capitalist and nationalist regimes that aim to undermine the will of the peoples.

Musa pointed out that the leader has a clear vision to transform the war into peaceful negotiations, which poses a direct threat to the war policies adopted by the Turkish occupation state and its supporters.

For her part, the Co-chair of the Al-Hol city Council, Wasal Al-Hussein confirmed her rejection of the torture and genocide policies by saying : "The leader enlightened the world with his thought, and we denounce the Turkish crimes against him, and we pledge to continue the struggle until he is physically liberated."

She stressed the importance of the leader's message, which confirms that the political and peaceful solution is in his hands, expressing the condemnation of the peoples of North and East Syria for the international silence towards the crimes of the Turkish occupation.

For his part, the Co-chair of the Organization Office of the Democratic Society Movement in Al-Hol, Abdullah Muhammad Ali said: "The policy of torture and genocide is a crime against humanity, and we call on the international community to lift the isolation from the leader.

 The administrators called for the international community and human rights organizations to take action to end the policy of torture and genocide, stressing their commitment to continue the struggle for leader physical freedom.
