5 Turkish occupiers killed, injured in Zap

The Media Center of the People's Defense Forces issued a public statement detailing the operations carried out by the guerrilla forces over four days in Zap and Haftanin, as well as a summary of the Turkish occupation army's attacks over three days. The statement included the following details:

In Haftanin:

- On August 3 at 09:30, our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the Kishan area with heavy weapons.

- On August 3 at 12:00, our forces targeted enemy soldiers in the Kani Bahe area with semi-automatic and heavy weapons.

In the Martyr Delil area west of Zap:

- On August 2 at 19:03, Free Women's Units fighters destroyed a surveillance camera system in the resistance area on Bahar Hill.

- On August 3 at 09:30, Free Women's Units fighters destroyed another surveillance camera system in the resistance area on Judi Hill.

- On August 3 at 22:05, our forces targeted a Turkish army bulldozer attempting to build a road in the resistance area on Amediya Hill with heavy weapons. This operation resulted in significant damage to the bulldozer and halted the enemy's movements.

- On August 3 at 08:40, Free Women's Units fighters targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area on Amediya Hill with heavy weapons. At 09:30, they targeted the Turkish occupation army with sniping, resulting in the death of one Turkish soldier and the destruction of ammunition.

- On August 3 at 22:32, our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area on Bahar Hill with heavy weapons, resulting in the injury of four Turkish soldiers, two of whom were sergeants.

- On August 5 at 02:30, our forces targeted the Turkish occupation army in the resistance area on Bahar Hill with heavy weapons.

Turkish occupation army attacks with banned weapons:

- On August 3 and 4, war tunnels in the resistance area on FM Hill were subjected to bombardment with banned weapons nine times.

Turkish occupation army attacks:

- On August 3 and 4, Turkish warplanes bombed the Lolan, Martyr Sharif, Kandakola, and Sinin areas in the Khakurk region 12 times; the Derek, Kooze, Kafiya plain, and Shekftiya areas in the Kara region 7 times; the resistance area on Bahar Hill in the Martyr Delil region west of Zap 5 times; and the resistance area in Sheilaz in the Metina region once, totaling 25 bombings of the mentioned areas.

- On August 4 and 5, the resistance area on Bahar Hill in the Martyr Delil region west of Zap, the resistance area in Sheilaz in the Metina region, and the Kandakola area in the Khakurk region were subjected to attacks by attack helicopters.
