44 mercenaries killed and injured, tanks and military vehicles destroyed at Tishrin Dam and Deir Hafer

Today, the SDF Media Center published a report on its official website, announcing the killing and injury of dozens of mercenaries and the destruction of their vehicles at Tishrin Dam and Deir Hafer. The statement read:

"On the morning of yesterday, Sunday, the Turkish occupation launched intense shelling on the surroundings of Tishrin Dam, accompanied by drone attacks, which continued until the evening hours.

Subsequently, the mercenaries launched an attack using armored vehicles from two axes on the hill of the village of ‘Khirbat al-Zamala.’ Our fighters strongly and effectively resisted them, leading to fierce clashes. It was confirmed that 8 mercenaries were killed and several others were injured. Meanwhile, the Martyr Haroun Units completely destroyed two of the mercenaries' vehicles. Turkish occupation drones also targeted our forces' positions, but they did not cause any damage.

Additionally, the mercenaries launched a large-scale attack in great numbers on the right and left flanks of the 'Syriatel' hill. They faced strong resistance from our fighters, resulting in intense clashes that led to the killing of 21 mercenaries and the injury of 15 others. The clashes on this front continued past midnight.

In the same context, the Martyr Haroun Units targeted 25 mercenary positions in the countryside of Tishrin Dam, including:

1. Destruction of 3 tanks.

2. Destruction of 3 armored military vehicles.

3. Targeting 4 mercenary gatherings and positions.

4. Detonation of a mercenary ammunition depot.

5. Destruction of two vehicles carrying DShK heavy machine guns.

Meanwhile, the Deir Hafer front witnessed mortar shelling on the city by the mercenaries, along with the targeting of some of our forces' positions using DShK machine guns. These attacks did not cause any significant damage. However, the Martyr Haroun Units carried out two separate operations, targeting and completely destroying two mercenary vehicles.

The total toll of the mercenaries on yesterday's battles amounted to 29 killed, 15 injured, the destruction of 3 tanks, 3 armored vehicles, the targeting of 4 mercenary gatherings, the detonation of an ammunition depot, and the destruction of 4 vehicles, including two carrying DShK heavy machine guns.
