3 young men killed in Janders after being robbed

Three young men were killed on Sunday in Janders, which is related to Afrin, after being robbed by anonymous individuals.

Three young men were killed on Sunday morning in Janders in Afrin countryside after being attacked by unknown assailants near the New Bazaar neighborhood on 20th Street in the city.

According to the Afrin-Syria Human Rights Organization, the gunmen robbed the three young men before shooting them, killing them instantly inside their car.

The organization explained that one of the victims was called Morad Hussein Aziz, from the village of Yalanqoz of Janders district, from the Itara family, and worked in a goldsmith shop. The second victim was Ahmed Barakat, a goldsmith shop owner from the villages of Jabal al-Hass in the Sefira southern countryside. As for the third victim, it is said that he was also a goldsmith working in the same shop; his identity is still unknown.

The perpetrators remain unidentified, and the relevant authorities have launched an investigation to determine the circumstances of the crime and apprehend the perpetrators.
