The Ain Issa power station being out of service as a result of the Turkish attacks deprived 19,000 people in 275 villages and the center of the Ain Issa district of drinking water, while those concerned linked the re-pumping of water again to repairing the power station.

The Turkish occupation bombing, which targeted vital service facilities in the Ain Issa district, including the main electricity station, deprived thousands of citizens of drinking water, as it caused 7 drinking water stations to go out of service, namely (Al-Hisha Al-Naqiha and Al-Khamiya stations - Abu Sousa - Ain Issa - Al-Zahira - Al-Mukhallat - Baghdik).

The aforementioned water stations rely on electricity from the main Ain Issa power station to operate, and with the Turkish occupation recently targeting the station, it stopped working completely, depriving thousands of residents of drinking water.

The co-chair of the Water Directorate in Ain Issa district, Sanaa Al-Ali, confirmed during an interview conducted by ANHA agency with her, that targeting the main power station in the district caused the seven drinking water stations and pumps to stop completely, as they depend on electricity to operate, thus depriving 19 thousand people in 275

 villages and centers. The aspect of drinking water.

She indicated that the residents of the region currently depend on water from wells, ground tanks, and collecting water from nearby irrigation canals for rent, which incurs huge costs on them.

At the conclusion of her speech, she linked the re-pumping and operation of drinking water stations to the rehabilitation and repair of the Ain Issa district power station.
