Thousands in Qamishlo Canton confirm their resistance against international conspiracy and Turkish attacks

On the anniversary of international conspiracy against the leader Ocalan,thousands of people from the districts, cities and towns of Qamishlo canton went out today in two demonstrations in the cities of Qamishlo and Derik, denouncing the conspiracy and the attacks of the Turkish occupation army on NE Syria,  under the slogan “With the unity of the peoples, we will defeat the attacks of Turkish fascism and we will liberate the leader Apo."

In the city of Qamishlo, thousands of residents of the city and towns  of Tal Hamis, Amuda, and Tirbespiyê went out in a demonstration starting from the Al-Falaheen roundabout in the center of the city, all the way to the entrance leading to Qamishlo Airport, with the participation of school students, sheikhs and notables of the Arab and Kurdish tribes, and members of the administrative, women’s, religious, and youth institutions and the Democratic Autonomous Administration of Al- Jazera region.

Pictures of Leader Abdullah Ocalan and banners reading “Long live the resistance of Commander Apo,” “Freedom of Commander Apo,” and “No to Turkish bombing” were raised in the demonstration in the Kurdish and Arabic languages.

The demonstrators who roamed the streets of the city of Qamishlo chanted slogans, “Long live the resistance of Commander Apo,” “Down with the international conspiracy,” “There is no life without leader Apo,” and slogans denouncing the Turkish occupation’s attacks against the region, such as “Down with Erdogan,” “No to Turkish attacks,” and “Resistance is life.”

The will of the people who believed in the leader's ideology will prevail

When the protesters observed a minute of silence in honor of the souls of the martyrs, followed by a speech by the member of the Popular Initiative for the Al-Jazera region, Nisreen Doko, in which she praised the peoples’ resistance against the international conspiracy that targeted the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and said: “Our resistant people,who follows the path of leader Abdullah Ocalan who left Syria over an international conspiracy 25 years ago.”

Doko confirmed that Leader Abdullah Ocalan has been struggling for 25 years, in Imrali, for all peoples to live in freedom and dignity, and the Syrian people are also struggling for Leader Abdullah Ocalan to achieve his physical freedom, and she continued: “The will of the people who believed that the physical freedom of Leader Apo is a guarantee of their freedom will prevail.” .

Nisreen Doko drew attention to the attacks of the Turkish occupation state against the regions of NE Syria, and said: “The regions of NE Syria and all of Kurdistan are subject to attacks by the Turkish occupation with the aim of breaking the will of the people."

 "Our people will remain on the path of struggle, as the existence of the Kurds is a reality and no forces will be able to end it, this people will remain in the squares," she added.

Abdul Karim Sarukhan, the member of the Popular Initiative for Al-Jazera region, denounced the international conspiracy, which he described as “despicable” and added: “Fierce attacks on our regions coincided with the anniversary of the conspiracy, those attacks affect civilians, service institutions, electricity, water, fuel, and energy.

He stressed that leader is subjected to the most severe types of torture in Imrali prison, since 3 years they have not received any information about his condition. Despite this, the leader continues great resistance in Imrali.

Sarukhan explained that Leader Ocalan established nation's democratic philosophy for all peoples inside prison and is still pursuing great resistance, was victorious in his resistance against the international conspiracy. He stressed: "Those who are destroying the regions of NE Syria and launching attacks on Şengal, Başûr Kurdistan, Tal Rifaat, and al-Shahba are the same ones who hatched the international conspiracy."

Sarukhan said: "Any force that remains inaction is a partner in these massacres. Why do you call yourselves guarantors and remain silent about crimes? If you cannot fulfill your moral duty, then leave. We do not need your guarantee because our will and our forces will protect us."

The protesters handed a delegation composed of the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan, the Syrian Lawyers Initiative to Defend Leader Abdullah Ocalan, and the Martyrs’ Families Council for the Al-Jazeera region a letter includes the violations practiced against Leader Abdullah Ocalan and the attacks on the region by the Turkish occupation state to the Center for Russian Relations at Qamishlo airport, but the latter did not receive the letter.

Suleiman Ahmed, the member of the Syrian Initiative for the Freedom of Leader Abdullah Ocalan denounced the Russian position regarding the international conspiracy and the Turkish occupation attacks against the region, and stressed that Russia is still determined to be part of the international conspiracy.

Derik

In the city of Derik, where all shops and markets were closed to mourn the souls of the martyrs of the recent bombing that targeted a center for the Internal Security Forces in the villages of Kocherat and on the occasion of the anniversary of the international conspiracy that targeted Leader Ocalan. Thousands went out in a massive demonstration, in which the areas of Girke Lege, Tal Kochar, and Çil Agha people participated.

After the demonstration arrived at the central market, the participants observed a minute of silence, then Jiwan Hassan, member of the Democratic Union Party, denounced the international conspiracy that was hatched against the leader Abdullah Ocalan.

Hassan stated that: "The resistance of the leader Abdullah Ocalan in Imrali and the people’s adoption of the leader’s philosophy of struggle thwarted the efforts of the international conspiracy."

 He explained: "The leader’s philosophy has become an inheritance for the peoples of the Middle East in general, so that all powers that want to gain their freedom can struggle on his path".

Hassan stressed: "No one will be able to distance us from the leader’s approach. We will sacrifice everything we have in order to protect our leader and the gains of our revolution".

In turn, Firyal Qassoum, member of Kongra Star, explained that the Turkish occupation state targets vital and service facilities to destroy the morale of the people, displace them, and instill fear in their souls. and pledged to escalate the struggle until leader Abdullah Ocalan physical freedom achieved.

The demonstration ended with chanting the slogans "There is no life without the leader," "Long live the people's resistance," "Down with the international conspiracy," and "Down with the Turkish fascist state".
