Families of Manbij martyrs slam Turkish attacks

Today, the Council of Families of Manbij and its countryside made a statement condemning the attacks of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries on NE Syria.

The statement was read by the administrator of the training office of the Council of Families of Martyrs of Manbij and its countryside, Hoda Al-Mawas, in the presence of male and female members of the Council of Martyrs’ Families.

The statement condemned "all the aggressive practices of the Turkish occupation state against our regions, the legitimate defense areas and our comrades

The statement noted, "The criminality of Turkish fascism has exceeded all human values, as its police prevented the family of the martyr journalist, Seyit Evran from holding a funeral ceremony in the Heni district of Amed, and took the keys to the funeral home, so they were forced to hold the funeral ceremony in front of the house."

The statement stressed, "Today, from this holy place, the Shrine of the Martyrs, we remember the two female guerrilla fighters, Sarah and Rokan, who carried out the greatest guerilla operation on the evening of September 26, 2022, against the Turkish occupation army in the Mersin region, which sowed fear and terror among the ranks of the Turkish occupation army.
