Under Damascus government, if you express your opinion you will be arrested

The Damascus government is still pursuing its repressive policy against those living in areas under its control, and is pursuing the “walls have ears” policy. Anyone who expresses his opinion will either be arrested or exiled, as I recently arrested the director of a local network because of a post he made on Facebook.

The Damascus government's security services arrested the director of a local news network and runs the "Jableh al-Awla" page, because of a post he made on the "Facebook" in which he criticized the deteriorating living and service conditions. The post was later deleted, according to what the Syrian Observatory reported.

The security services affiliated with the Damascus government intensified their arrests within the areas under their control to include a large number of those complaining about the poor living and economic situation that the country has reached.

Yesterday, members of a joint military intelligence and political security patrol affiliated with the Damascus government arrested 3 young men in the town of Al-Hamah in the northwestern Damascus countryside, after anti-government phrases were spread on the walls of the Shamiya neighborhood in the town.
