The Counter-Terrorism Forces in Başûr Kurdistan, CTG, revealed the identity of its 3 fighters who were martyred in an attack on an airport in Sulaymaniya.

Today, the Counter-Terrorism Forces in Başûr Kurdistan (CTG), affiliated with the Patriotic Union of Kurdistan (YNK), issued a brief statement on its official website, in which it revealed the identity of the 3 fighters who were martyred in the attack on Arbat Airport in Sulaymaniya yesterday.

The airport was bombed by a Turkish occupation drone yesterday afternoon, which led to the martyrdom of 3 fighters from the anti-terrorism forces in Başûr Kurdistan, and the injury of 3 others.

The forces said: "The attack was carried out by foreign agents and local spies. The attackers and traitors who participated in this attack will not escape punishment. Avenging our martyrs is our duty, and we will not let their blood be in vain".

The names of the 3 martyrs were revealed: “Hiwa Qadir Hussein from the city of Kerkuk, Ivan Adnan Hussein from the city of Kerkuk, and Raber Anwar Muhammad from the town of Mawat".
