The comamnder of the Deir al-Zor Military Council, Laylwa al-Abdullah, confirmed that the operation "Security Reinforcement" came based on the appeal of the sheikhs and notables of the region's clans and the request of the people in Deir al-Zor and Hasaka, and she said: "This operation, which is carried out by the SDF, targets cells of ISIS mercenaries who have been active in the last period in Deir al-Zor and Hasaka, as well as pursuing smugglers who were taking from the money of our people and the money of the poor citizens in the region.

And Laylwa al--Abdullah revealed: "So far, 13 ISIS mercenaries have been arrested, and two drug dealers have also been arrested. We are pursuing these dealers who are promoting drugs in the region, especially in recent times, which coincided with the lack of security and stability in the Deir al-Zor region".

Laylwa al-Abdullah noted: “Today we see that there is great acceptance and cooperation by the people of the region for this operation, and we can say that it is a positive step to enhance security and stability in the region, and also to expel all cells, and achieve the will that we were and are still striving to achieve".

Laylwa al-Abdullah stated: "This operation is taking place in cooperation with the International Coalition, and also all forces in NE Syria supported this operation".

And she emphasized, "This operation has a great positive effect on the people of the region, who have been saying recently that the cells are still operating, and also complaining about the hostile parties that are trying to create discord in the Deir al-Zor region in particular".

Laylwa Aa-Abdullah thanked all the people of Deir al-Zor for helping and supporting their forces in achieving the goals of the operation "Security Reinforcement", and she said: "We call on all the people in all the region to pass this stage and achieve the golas of this operation in a greater way so that it will have greater success. This success will be a success for the people before the fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Autonomous Administration, which we see today, how they support us in this operation and provide us with assistance in the "Security Reinforcement" operation".
