Footage of Guerrilla action in Defense Areas

Footage shows a qualitative operation of the People's Defense Forces in the defense areas of Media, in response to the continuous attacks of the Turkish occupation army, which resulted in the destruction of the latter's site, including soldiers and equipments.

Gerîla TV, affiliated with the Media Center of the People's Defense Forces, published video tape of an operation against a position of the Turkish occupation army in Hakkari Hill in the defense areas of Media in Başûr (southern Kurdistan), in response to the attacks of the Turkish occupation.

The operation was carried out by Guerrilla forces on the 31st of last July, against the Turkish occupation army.

The information confirmed that on July 31, at 08:00, the Turkish occupation army launched its attacks on Guerrilla points, and the latter responded with a qualitative operation on a site for the first in Hakkari Hill, which led to the destruction of the site.

The footage shows the destruction a position of the Turkish occupation army, in which there are three systems of surveillance cameras located on the hill, and a number of soldiers of the Turkish occupation army.

The continuous operations of the People's Defense Forces against the Turkish occupation army come within the framework of the great resistance shown by HPG's forces.
