Protest in occupied Girê Spî against Turkish occupation, its affiliated mercenaries

The occupied Girê Spî canton witnessed a protest against the crimes and violations of the Turkish occupation and its mercenaries.

A local source from the occupied Girê Spî canton reported that hundreds of people went out in a demonstration to protest against the crimes of the Turkish occupation army and its mercenaries.

The demonstrators demanded the dissolution of the so-called "local council" and expelling the Turkish occupation and mercenaries from the region.

Yesterday, the occupied canton and the town of Suluk witnessed a general strike in all commercial stores in protest for the same reasons.

This is the second demonstration this month. The day before yesterday, the people of Suluk town of the occupied Girê Spî canton staged a similar demonstration.

They went out in two demonstrations on the 14th and 17th of last July, during which they demanded the dissolution of the so-called "local council" and expelling the Turkish occupation and mercenaries from their areas.
