Ain Issa's protest condemns Turkish authorities' threats to leader Ocalan

 Within the framework of the reactions condemning the strict isolation imposed on the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and the handing over of threatening letters to him by the Turkish authorities, the people of Ain Issa district went out today in a demonstration.

The demonstration started in front of the Grand Mosque towards Martyr Judy roundabout in the center of the district, carrying pictures of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and banners reading "There is no life without the leader", "The leader's freedom is a guarantee of democracy and the stability of the region", and chants of "Down, down with Erdogan, long live the leader Ocalan!"

Upon its arrival at the roundabout, the member of the Democratic Union Party (PYD) in Girê Spî canton, Qais al-Dhiab, delivered a speech in which he emphasized: "The continued isolation imposed on the leader Abdullah Ocalan is a disgrace to the international forces that claim to achieve justice, and an affirmation of their duplicity in applying their principles based on The foundations of achieving justice and supporting the oppressed.

He pointed out that "the policy followed by the Turkish occupation authority is targeting free peoples, and trying to break the will of the resistance peoples, because they followed the ideology of leader Ocalan, who represents the icon of coexistence and brotherhood of peoples."

He stressed the need to raise the pace of struggle and resistance to achieve leader Ocalan's physical freedom.
