256 families arrive in Autonomous Administration's areas

Families in the areas under the control of the Damascus government and from the occupied Syrian regions continue to go to the regions of NE Syria which are administered by the Autonomous Administration to escape from the deteriorating security and living conditions.

The Council of the occupied Girê Spî canton revealed to ANHA reporter that 256 families from the occupied canton have arrived in the Autonomous Administration areas, during the last 3 months.

According to the information obtained by ANHA agency from the district Council, the families fled from the center of Girê Spî, the town of Suluk, the villages of al-Zaidi and other occupied areas of the Girê Spî canton.

Turkey occupied Girê Spî / Tel Abyad canton, since October 19, 2019, after it occupied several areas in northern Syria, such as "Idlib, Jarabulus, Al-Bab, Azaz, and Afrin" over the years of the Syrian crisis.

Worth to note that for the same reasons, families from the areas under the control of the Damascus government head to the areas of the Autonomous Administration, especially after the February 6 earthquake, which affected large areas of Syria.
