The Council of Political Detainees in Rojhelat Kurdistan revealed, in a statement, that the Hamedan Court had sentenced two Kurdish sheikhs, Mullah Luqman Amini and Mullah Ibrahim Karimi, from the city of Sinnah in Rojhelat Kurdistan to 12 years in prison.

The statement stated that the court had sentenced the two sheikhs on charges of propaganda against the government and incitement of the people to protest.

The statement revealed that the court had sentenced Mullah Luqman Amini to 11 years in prison, and to suspend work for two years.

Mullah Ibrahim Karimi was sentenced to 12 years in prison and suspended from work for two years.
