The father of the martyr Shelan, Hasan Berko, pointed out that the congratulations of Masrour Barzani and Nechirvan Barzani to Erdogan is shameful, saying: "Congratulating Erdogan is a congratulation for the genocide of the Kurds, so is he congratulated on the use of chemical weapons in the mountains of Kurdistan or on the occupation of Afrin?"

Aref Sido, the brother of the two martyrs, Rizan and Khalat, mentioned as saying, "The enemy of the fathers and grandfathers can't become the friend of the children," and He emphasized: "who does not know his enemy, and says I am a Kurd, but betrays his people, tarnishes the reputation of the Kurds, and this is what the Barzani family does."
