Damascus forces bomb areas in De-Escalation Zone

Areas in the countryside of Lattakia, Aleppo and Hama witnessed artillery and missile shelling, carried out by the Damascus government forces, in the early morning hours of the day.

According to the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights, a mercenary of "Tahrir al-Sham" mercenaries was wounded in artillery shelling carried out by the Damascus government forces on the Kabana axis in Jabal al-Akrad in the northern countryside of Latakia.

In a related context, the Damascus government forces bombed in the early hours of the morning, with a guided missile, the positions of the mercenaries of "Al-Fateh Al-Mubin" on the Wasata axis in the western countryside of Aleppo, and also bombed the vicinity of the village of Al-Ziyara in the Al-Ghab Plain in the western countryside of Hama, no information about casualties.

Thus, the number of soldiers, civilians and mercenaries killed by ground targets within the so-called De-Escalation Zone since the beginning of 2023 has risen to 211, during 126 operations that varied between attacks, sniping operations, clashes and targeting, and more than 115 people were wounded in the aforementioned operations.
