AANES's initiative receives wide media resonance

On April 18, the Autonomous Administration of NE Syria launched an initiative of 9 items, to solve the Syrian crisis and guarantee the rights of all the Syrian people.

In this regard, ANHA agency met with the Co-Chair of the Media Department in AANES Jiwan Mulla Ibrahim, who confirmed that the Autonomous Administration wanted, through its initiative to confirm that the Syrian-Syrian dialogue within the homeland  would be the most appropriate solution to end the crisis.

He explained, "The initiative came at a time we are suffering from political, economic, and diplomatic crises, in addition to occupied areas by the Turkish state, not knowing what is going on inside Syria.

Mulla Ibrahim revealed: "The media echo of this initiative was very large, between support and opposition, and between those who fish in troubled waters, pointing out that there are media outlets that tried to distort this initiative.

He stressed: "In general, the international media fully welcomed the initiative," adding, "Some channels and media outlets that follow agendas hostile to the Syrian people and do not want the situation in Syria to stabilize, said that this initiative is just a policy or that the Autonomous Administration is trying to legitimize its existence  through it or showing a clean face in front of public opinion.”

"Everyone now knows the truth, and these media bubbles have existed since the beginning of the Syrian crisis, and they have no place for expression, like the media affiliated with the Turkish occupation state that is trying to distort this initiative," said Jiwan Mulla Ibrahim.

"At the local, international and regional levels, the initiative received a great positive response," he added.

"There are many media organizations that contacted us with the aim of knowing more about the details of the initiative, and this shows their interest in it," said Jiwan Mulla Ibrahim.
