​​​​​​​Hajar Rustam: The wealth of NE, Syria belongs to all Syrians

On Tuesday (April 18), the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria launched an initiative to solve the Syrian crisis, in order to reach a peaceful and democratic solution to end the suffering of the Syrians.

The Autonomous Administration focused on the issue of distributing wealth and economic materials fairly among all Syrian regions. Head of the General Administration of the Planning and Statistics Office in the Autonomous Administration, Hajar Rustom explained: “With regard to dividing the internal wealth, the homeland’s wealth is for all the Syrian people, according to justice and equality, and justice is achieved for the homeland by distributing Wealth fairly, and the initiative of the Autonomous Administration to divide resources fairly for all Syrians, to serve the Syrian people in the first place.

Hajar Rustom indicated that the regions of NE, Syria are considered the food and economic basket of Syria in general, because of the strategic wealth it possesses of white, black and yellow gold. He said, "All the people of the country have the right to enjoy the wealth on the Syrian lands, and the Autonomous Administration does not monopolize the region's wealth, because the wealth is for all Syrians."
