​​​​​​​AANES confirms entry of Sulaymaniyah aid within Syria interior 

30 trucks loaded with humanitarian aid crossed the areas of the Autonomous Administration, heading towards the earthquake-affected people in Aleppo and al-Shahba, 21 days after they were blocked by the Damascus government.

The convoy also included aid provided by the people of Sulaymaniyah in Başûr (Southern Kurdistan) within the framework of the “Nawasikum campaign” and the Hana campaign.

In its turn, the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria AANES thanked the people of Sulaymaniyah for providing assistance, and said: "If it indicates anything, it indicates the duration of the powers of the spirit of humanity and the sense of responsibility that our people have in the Sulaymaniyah region."

During the statement, the Autonomous Administration indicated that the aid was sent since March 6, and it received it from the Tal Koçer crossing and delivered it to the Al-Tayha crossing between North and East Syria and the Syrian interior, which the Damascus government is operating on on March 7.

And it emphasized: "Since then, the Damascus government has been obstructing the entry of aid into the stricken areas, despite the appeals of the Autonomous Administration and the Crisis Cell to open the crossings, and not to politicize the aid, because the afflicted are in dire need of aid at the present time, and after vigorous attempts, this aid entered today into the Syrian interior, it went to the affected areas.
