Political parties: Turkey is responsible for Janders massacre

Under the slogan "No to the Turkish occupation, no to the mercenary factions, the people of Afrin are calling you, the Kurdish people are under extermination," political parties in the city of Kobani, NE Syria organized a demonstration to denounce the Janders massacre in occupied Afrin.

The demonstration started from Peace Square in the city of Kobani to the Free Women's Roundabout, amidst the participants chanting the slogans "Down with the Turkish occupier", "Free Afrin, the occupier gets outside", and carried banners reading "We demand that Afrin be placed under international protection", "We demand ending to the occupation".

The demonstration in the Free Women's Square turned into a vigil, which began with a minute of silence, in honor of the souls of the martyrs, followed by a reading of a joint statement by the Kurdish Democratic Unity Party in Syria and the Democratic Progressive Party in Syria by the member of the political bureau of the Kurdish Democratic Unity Party in Syria, Muslim Sheikh. The protest ended with chants condemning the crimes of Turkish occupation.
