​​​​​​​ After being obstructed by Fourth Division

 As part of the efforts exerted to provide relief to those affected by the earthquake that struck the region, especially the people of the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods who are under siege by the "Fourth Division" of the Damascus government, two trucks loaded with relief materials and clothes sent by the Kurdish community in the Federal Republic of Russia entered today.

 The "Fourth Division" prevented the entry of relief aid for two consecutive days in front of its Al-Awared checkpoint, and after direct intervention by those in charge of the work of the Russian consulate in the city of Aleppo, the "Fourth Division" allowed its entry to the two neighborhoods, where its cargo was unloaded in the Star Light hall located in the Shaqif area  to be distributed in the coming days through the relief committees to the people.

 According to an informed source from the committees accompanying the relief shipments, the Kurdish community in Russia sent aid to al-Shahba canton as well, and they are on their way to the canton after passing through the checkpoints of the "Fourth Division."

 It is noteworthy that the Sheikh Maqsoud and Ashrafieh neighborhoods;  They suffer from the suffocation policies and the continuous siege imposed by the "Fourth Division", which impedes the entry of fuel, medicine and flour, in addition to infant formula, especially after the earthquake that struck the region.
