Al-Omar pointed out, "The Turkish occupation and its mercenaries deliberately target the M4 international road, which is the vital artery for the residents of the region and the service facilities on both sides with the aim of paralyzing and disrupting the daily life of the population through targeting traffic, fuel stations, quarries and other facilities."

Al-Omar pledged, "to confront the attacks of the Turkish occupier and his mercenaries within the framework of legitimate defense and to thwart it attempts to occupy the Syrian territories."
