PDK

PDK was used by the Turkish occupation state and the United States of America. After the American invasion of Iraq in 2003, to monopolize power and control all aspects of government in Başûr (Southern Kurdistan), to marginalize the rest of the other Kurdish political parties and parties, to restrict all “political, military, and economic” institutions to the party and the Barzani family, and to limit any democratic change, and to be a spearhead in targeting the peoples of the region aspiring for democracy.

In Şengal district, for example but not limited to, after the PDK forces fled from the confrontation with ISIS, and the party abandoned the district in 2014, and after the Yazidis declared self-administration in 2015, the party began targeting the district and the Yazidis in cooperation with the Iraqi government through the October 9 agreement. October 2020, in response to the Turkish interests that failed to achieve their goals through ISIS.

The party plays an intelligence and security role in targeting political and revolutionary figures within its areas of control, tracking down male and female revolutionaries and providing the Turkish occupation state with information about them.

During the past three years, the Turkish occupation state has assassinated a number of fighters, both male and female, in Southern Kurdistan.

It was remarkable that a number of assassinations were taking place in conjunction with the visit of Turkish officials to Hewler.

The last assassination carried out by the occupying Turkish state was against the activist, academic, and member of the Jinoloji Center, Nakhan Akarsal, on October 4, 2022, and was preceded by the targeting of the Deputy Co-Presidency of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Farhad Shibli, on June 17 of the same year. Through a Turkish march during his visit to the city of Sulaymaniyah.

Syria

After the leader Abdullah Ocalan left Syria on October 9, 1998, the conspiracy continued with the signing of a security agreement between the occupying Turkish state and the Damascus government on October 20 of the same year.

The security agreement allowed the occupying Turkish state to penetrate into Syrian territory and carry out attacks at a depth of 5 km under the pretext of protecting its national security.

In 2004, following the Qamishlo uprising; The Damascus government suppressed the demonstrations calling for a just solution to the Kurdish issue in Syria, and many Kurdish people were arrested and killed, including leaders and politicians of the Democratic Union Party (PYD).

During the month of October 2010, Turkey agreed with Syria to antagonize and liquidate the Kurdistan Liberation Movement and the Democratic Union Party, and signed the High-Level Strategic Cooperation Council Agreement, December 21, 2010.

With the outbreak of the Revolution 19th July, 2012 in Rojava, North and East Syria, and the laying of the foundations of AANES based on the project of the democratic nation of leader Abdullah Ocalan, regional and international powers and the Damascus government sought in various ways to liquidate and eliminate the revolution.

On September 15, 2014, the occupying Turkish state directed the hordes of ISIS mercenaries; Towards Kobani, the attacks began, and with the failure of the mercenary groups, the occupying power intervened by itself to avenge the defeat of ISIS.

On November 20, 2018, Afrin canton was subjected to an occupation attack that lasted for 58 days, during which the Turkish occupation state used the most powerful lethal weapons of toxic gases, air raids, and ground attacks. This led to its occupation in March of the same year.

The following year, after the components of North and East Syria formed a cordon around their cities, defended their cities strongly, and defeated the most powerful and dangerous mercenaries in the world, "ISIS" in the Syrian town of al-Baghouz on March 23, 2019, coinciding with the anniversary of the international conspiracy, October 9. October 2019, the Turkish state and its mercenaries launched a new occupation attack targeting Serêkaniyê/Ras al-Ayn and Girê Spî/Tal Abyad.

Today, Russia is pushing for normalization between the Turkish occupation state and the Damascus government based on the renewal of the Adana security agreement to continue the extermination of the Kurds.

Europe

The Kurdish activists and revolutionaries in Europe were not far from the eyes of the conspiring countries. On January 9, 2013, the activists Sakîne Cansiz, Leyla Şaylemez, Fîdan Doganwere assassinated by Turkish intelligence in Paris, without following up on the case to today's date.

The crime was committed in cooperation with Turkish intelligence by "Omar Konay", who was arrested days after the incident, and killed in prison by Turkey; To close the case file and hide the crime.

While the Kurds were preparing in Paris to commemorate the tenth anniversary of the assassination of the three female activists last year, three Kurdish female and male activists were assassinated on December 23. Paris continues to cover up the two massacres.

At the international level

Internationally, the dominant powers still allow the killing and genocide of the Kurds by keeping the PKK on the "terror list" as the Turkish argument to legitimize the genocide it is carrying out against the Kurdish people.

The countries participating in the conspiracy, as well as the European Union since 2003, are still insisting on keeping the PKK, which was led by leader Abdullah Ocalan, on the "terrorist list", despite the existence of a decision by a number of courts that the party is not a "terrorist", not to mention the role it played. The party played in defeating ISIS from North and East Syria, as well as Şengal.
