AANES: No conditions or requests to delivery aid for Syrians

This came during the speech of the Deputy Co-Chair of the Executive Council of the Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria, Amina Ossi to the website of the Autonomous Administration.

Ossi said, "We in the Autonomous Administration are Syrians, and our aid is for the Syrians. Therefore, we do not have any conditions or requests for the entry of aid, just as the authorities in the Damascus government and the regions occupied by the Turkish state and the Kurdistan Regional Government use this disaster for their political interests."

She added, "Of course, if we had something like this, we would not have sent aid convoys to the crossings. We are aware of the extent of the catastrophe that befell our Syrian people, and our patriotic and humanitarian motive, we offer  to hand aid to the concerned authorities in the stricken areas without restriction or condition."

Amina Ossi concluded by saying, "We stress the need to put pressure on these parties to put aside their interests now and to unite our efforts to aid our afflicted people."

Since February 8, the Turkish occupation state has prevented the crossing of humanitarian aid allocated by the Autonomous Administration to the stricken areas in northern Syria, including 30 tanks of fuel and 20 trucks loaded with relief aid, as the convoy is still waiting at the Umm al-Jaloud crossing between Manbij and occupied Jarabulus.

Whereas, the Damascus government preventing two convoys, consisting of 100 tanks of fuel, along with relief materials and medical teams, from entering the affected areas in Damascus-held areas, through the Al-Tayha crossing.

Sources told ANHA agency that the Damascus government requires obtaining 70 percent of the aid in return for allowing it to cross into its-held areas.
