Outcome of Turkish occupation attacks on Afrin and Shahba during month

The Turkish army bombed villages of Sherawa and Shera sub-districts in the occupied Afrin and Shahba Canton with more than 2 thousand mortar and artillery shells, that led to the injury of 13 members of Damascus forces and loss of life of an officer of forces, and along with material damage.

The outcome of Turkish attack on the Afrin region and Shahba Canton during the month of January; as follows:

The sites that were targeted in the Shera and Sherawa districts of the occupied Afrin Canton and Shahba Canton from January 1 to January 31 are: Bayloniyah, Um al-Hush, Mnagh Airport, Maranaz, Ben, Tat Marash, Alqamiya, Deir Jamal, Kharbaka, al-Malikiya, and the forests of the village of Soghanka, Harbel, Smouqa, Mayassa, Kloteh, Shawarga, Shaala, Sheikh Issa, Mediouna, Sheikh Hilal, Gundi Mazen, Khirbet Shaala, Shahba Dam, the area between the villages of Quneitra and Aqiba, Ain Dagna, Tal Qrah, Al-Wahshiya, Ziwan, Tal Annab, Tal Jijan, Tal Madiq, Khirbet Shams, Tal Refaat, Shawarga Silos, Tanb, Khirb Bash, Radar, Maliya, Burj Qas and Bashmarah.

The aforementioned sites and villages were targeted with 2527 tank, artillery and mortar shells.

As a result of the bombing launched by the Turkish occupation army on the village of Alqamiya in Shra district in the Afrin region on the first of January, 6 members of the Damascus government forces were wounded.

While the bombing launched by the Turkish occupation army on the village of Burj Qas in Sherawa district in Afrin region on the 2nd of the month resulted; 3 members of the Damascus government forces were wounded.

The Turkish occupation's bombing of the village of Malia in Shra district in Afrin region on the 4th of the month resulted in the injury of a member of the Damascus government forces.

A suicide drone attack on Soghanka village of Sherawa district in Afrin region on the 6th of the month caused material damage.

While the bombing of Mayasa village of Sherawa district in Afrin region on the 12th of the month resulted the injury of 3 members of the Damascus government forces, one of whom was officer Ammar Teshori, who lost his life.

On the 29th of the month; A landmine left behind by the Damascus government exploded, a 14 years old child in the village of Bashmarah of the Sherawa district in the occupied Afrin region, which resulted in the loss of his life.
