​​​​​​​K.Star: We offer deepest condolences to families of collapse building in Sheikh Maqsoud 

  The Kongra Star Coordination issued a statement regarding the collapse of a building in Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood in Aleppo.

The text of the statement read:

"We greeted this morning with a painful accident, the collapse of a building in Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood, which was a destination for our people to flee to, especially after the occupation of Afrin. Tens of thousands headed to Sheikh Maqsoud neighborhood.

 But it seems that Aleppo has also not become a safe place for them. We can say that this incident is the result of the policies of the dominant countries that did not provide political solutions to end the tragedy of the peoples of Syria.

Unfortunately, as a result of the war, and because the buildings have become old in the neighborhood, a building that was inhabited by 5 families, consisting of 21 people, collapsed last night, in addition to guests coming from al-Shahba. As a result, 12 people lost their lives, with a large number of wounded. We, as the Kongra Star Council and coordination, stand by our resistance people in Afrin and Aleppo, and we will try everywhere to heal the wounds of our people. The Syrian state must also carry out its duties and lift the siege imposed on Aleppo and Shahba.

In the end, we offer deepest our condolences to all our people in Aleppo, and we wish a speedy recovery to all the wounded.”
