Families of leader, Imrali detainees submit new request to meet with them

The family of leader Abdullah Ocalan and the rest of the Imrali detainees, Omer Khairi Konar, Hamili Yildirim, and Veysi Aktaş submitted new request to visit Imrali.

No information about the leader, Abdullah Ocalan, who has been detained under conditions of strict isolation in Imrali prison for more than 21 months.

Muhammad Ocalan, the brother of the leader Abdullah Ocalan, his lawyer Mazloum Deng, and the families of the rest of the Imrali detainees ; Ali Kunar, the brother of the detainee Omer Khairi Konar, Polat Yildirim, the brother of the detainee Hamili Yildirim, and Meliha Cetin, the sister of the detainee Veysi Aktaş submitted new request to the Public Prosecution Office in Bursa.

The families also submitted, through the Public Prosecution Office in Bursa, a request to the Imrali Prison Directorate in order to meet with their detained relatives.

It is worth noting that Ocalan's lawyers submit two requests a week to meet with him, without any response being received.
