Executive Council in Jazera region recall the martyrs of "People's Hammer" campaign

Today, the Executive Council in Jazera region issued a written statement to the public opinion, that  reads:

"With the passage of first anniversary of the terrorist attack launched by the terrorist organization ISIS on Al-Sina'a prison in Ghweran neighborhood of Hasaka city, which includes thousands of detainees of this organization; In order to release them, this is an attempt to raise the morale of the organization's cells in all areas of their presence, create a state of panic and chaos, strike local peace and security, and return to committing massacres against the people of the city of Hasaka and its neighborhoods and all areas of the Democratic Autonomous Administration, through a plot that was planned with some regional powers, particularly the Turkish system.

As a result, the heroes and heroines of the Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF) and the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) intervened, confronted the attacking groups, and were able to thwart their criminal plan with a heroic epic, where 121 fighters rose to the rank of honor and martyrdom, and the attacking mercenaries were defeated with solidarity and support from all the components of the city of Hasaka, with their sons and daughters of the fighters of the Syrian Democratic Forces and the Asayish.

We in the Executive Council in Jazera region, recall all the martyrs of the resistance of al-Sinaa prison in Hasaka and all the martyrs of freedom and democracy, affirming our determination and insistence on continuing to achieve victories at all levels, within the framework of our democratic project, the Democratic Autonomous Administration of North and East Syria.

At the same time, we appeal to the international community and all its concerned institutions, especially the United Nations, the International Security Council and the International Coalition to Combat Terrorism, to carry out the duties, in terms of supporting Democratic Autonomous Administration, especially in light of the repeated barbaric threats and attacks carried out by the regime in Turkey through its warplanes, drones and killing of civilians from the Autonomous Administration areas, as well as standing up for what the Turkish state is doing in terms of clear support for the terrorist organization ISIS.

On the other hand, all concerned institutions of Democratic Autonomous Administration played their moral, humanitarian and security role in combating terrorism, especially with the presence of thousands of ISIS members in the camps and prisons of the Autonomous Administration, and called for a final solution to the problem of the ISIS' detainees."
