Al-Faraj: Isolation of the leader is the basis of all problems in region

The fascist Turkish state continues to isolate the leader, Abdullah Ocalan, amid international silence. Recently, the fascist state imposed a new ban on the leader for a period of 3 months, under the pretext of disciplinary penalties, in a measure that contradicts Turkish laws and human rights conventions that grant any political detainee the right to communicate with his family and lawyer.

In this regard, the sheikh of the Walda tribe, Sheikh Hamid al-Faraj, said, "As a result of the international conspiracy against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, which is considered one of the major humanitarian issues for the people yearning for freedom, the Turkish occupation state is still practicing the most heinous types of torture against the leader Abdullah Ocalan and preventing his lawyer and his family from visiting him."

"This is considered a crime against humanity," he added.

Al-Faraj stressed that the isolation imposed on the leader "is the basis for all problems in the region, as the Turkish occupation state deliberately tightens the isolation to prevent and block the access of his ideas to the general people who adopt his ideology and philosophy."

Al-Faraj added, "Whatever the Turkish occupation state does, the people will continue to follow the thought and philosophy of the leader Abdullah Ocalan and implement all his ideas and philosophy, which aim at the brotherhood of peoples and ending injustice and tyranny."

Regarding the recent decision to ban meetings, Al-Faraj said, "The Turkish occupation state continues its immoral policy against the leader Abdullah Ocalan, and it issued a decision to extend the isolation of the leader for another 3 months and prevent his lawyer and his family from visiting him, and this matter indicates something that indicates the continuation of Turkish violations against the leader Abdullah Ocalan."

Al-Faraj held the responsibility of organizations claiming humanity and defending human rights and the Anti-Torture Organization (CPT), stressing, "We will continue the path of freedom and dignity and follow the path that the leader paved with his thought and philosophy to reach a free, democratic and moral society."

Al-Faraj appealed to all peoples yearning for freedom to go to the squares and unite so that the leader Abdullah Ocalan would obtain his physical freedom.
